  • Do not use a mobile device to complete the course. A laptop or desktop computer is recommended.

  • Refresh your browser while viewing the course.

  • Close other programs and windows.

  • Exit the course and restart your computer.

Course Resume:

In order to resume the course, please make sure to do the following: 

  • Use the same computer/device as you originally viewed the course.

  • If possible, return to the email where you originally opened the course and access the course using the same link

  • Use the same browser (eg. Chrome/Safari/Edge). 

  • Ensure that your browser allows third-party cookies from (Contact us if you need assistance in verifying your browser settings.)

  • Tip: When possible, keep the course tab open until you’ve completed the training in case any school-wide system updates occur.
