Are you teaching FreewayNC during the 2019-2020 school year? If so, we welcome your feedback! Our goal is to assess and improve our curriculum and training resources. You have the opportunity to receive a $50 gift card to a retailer of your choosing for completing two brief surveys.

 

Here's how it works:

1.      Complete our brief pre-teaching survey (10 questions). If you can, complete the survey BEFORE training or preparing to teach (BEFORE reviewing the teacher guide, watching the videos or completing the training module). If you had a training at your school and completed a survey there, this step is already done.

 

2.     Teach the curriculum as you would like. We do encourage you to use our FreewayNC Teacher Training Module and reference page 10 if modifying the lesson plans to teach in a one or two-lesson format. 
 

3.      After you've finished teaching the curriculum (to at least one class, preferably more), complete our brief post-teaching survey (18 questions). As part of the survey, you will select what retailer you want your gift card to come from and provide an email address to which we can email the gift card.

Full Terms:
 

1. Gift cards will be available to the first 50 participants who complete the pre and post-teaching surveys. We will provide notice on this page if we run out of gift cards. Gift card options on the survey include Amazon.com and other popular retail stores and restaurants. If the card of your choosing is no longer available to us, we will either send a card that you specify as your 2nd top choice, or contact you by email and ask you to select a different card option. If you do not receive your gift card within three weeks of completing the post-teaching survey, please use the contact us form on our website to notify us.
    

2. Participation in this survey promotion is limited to teachers/facilitators who teach the FreewayNC video-based curriculum during the 2019-2020 school year. We will verify that the school/organization filled-in on the surveys matches the database of schools/organizations that are registered to use our curriculum before emailing gift cards.
    

3. Participants may only participate in the survey promotion once. Participants must complete both the pre-teaching and post-teaching surveys in order to receive a gift card. If you are teaching at multiple schools, please summarize your responses into one pre-teaching and one post-teaching survey.
    

4. We reserve the right to withhold a gift card if we see that instructions or terms were not followed by a participant.
